once you've placed your order, let the good times roll!
first, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number (starting with #10...)
once your order has left our warehouse, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email, meaning your parcel has been sent and is on its way!
this email may be followed by emails from our shipping subsidiary australia post, who will notify you as the parcel moves closer and closer to its destination.
please note: orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. if there is any sort of issue and we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you.
standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 3-4 business days - free
express shipping times to all major cities is approximately 1-2 business days - $9.99
or free express shipping for order totals of $99.99 and above.
please note: for rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 14 business days.
ovrsze offers free international tracked shipping for orders totalling over $120aud. shipping costs for orders below $120aud will automatically be calculated at checkout via our integrated and discounted sendle courier rates, which will be solely based on your location.
international orders are shipped and tracked via sendle, and can take up to 1-4 full business days from the time it leaves the postal depot it originated from, depending on where you are located. please allow for 3-4 weeks of transit time, however feel free to contact us for an accurate estimated time of arrival.
your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country's policies. we do not control customs fees or policies and apologise for any inconvenience they may cause you!
please note: if payment to customs is not made, your order will be returned to ovrsze and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

sometimes, there can be a delay in getting your parcel to you. usually, this is out of our hands, but we will do everything we can to speed up the process.
if you have not received your order with 14 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will launch an investigation and hopefully get your parcel to you as soon as possible.
please note: ovrsze is not responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. ovrsze is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of our shipping subsidiary.
we want all our customers to receive high quality products. if you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days.
when you return or exchange a product, you must include this form in your return parcel - ovrsze return form
it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. without these details, we will not be able to process your refund.

please note: you must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. once we have received the returned product(s), we will inspect them and process the refund or exchange within 48 hours.

if there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service team.

every product will have a custom ovrsze clothing label, which includes washing symbols to assist in keeping your ovrsze product in the most pristine condition.
products that are out of stock will appear with a 'notify me when available' button on the specific product page, which will allow you enter your email. once a product is back in stock, you will automatically receive an email stating that the product is available to purchase.
you can also contact us directly by going to the contact us page, entering your details (including the product out of stock) and we can inform you as to when we may be restocking the particular product.
